Very helpful front desk with advice on where to go and what to do.

Room 304 - the level of noise from the nightclub adjacent / embedded in the hotel was intolerable on Saturday night. We were awakened after midnight and the thudding bass went on for some hours after that. Sunday night was not a problem - the club is not open on Sunday - but the experience would put us off ever staying here again. We phoned reception to complain, but there was no reply. I cannot believe they were asleep - no-one could sleep through that!

Location, Location, Location. Right in the Centre of busy district but room was calm and relaxing.

Front desk was always busy. It was sometimes patient to get access to the very helpful front staff.

The breakfast had a amazing variety that impressed us each morning. The city view from our room was amazing.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours.

garbage smell permiated the lobby and smelled like vomit. They lit candles to try and control the smell but it was not very welcoming.

The double room is fabulous and fairly quiet. It is in great location to a small public square, set just next door to the hotel. The staff ensures you have a great time, they are polite.

The hotel staff were great too assist me when I lost my passport. Lydia at the front desk made several calls to help me locate it, and they provided excellent room service with fresh deliveries. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options in a beautiful dining area, and I appreciated the late checkout at no extra charge.

All the staff are very helpful and professional and the hotel has a unique and very pleasant ambiance. It is also perfectly located in Stockholm for many tourist sites and for business.

Our family loved exploring the vibrant atmosphere around the hotel and enjoyed relaxing walks along the waterfront, stopping at good eateries. The staff was accommodating, and we appreciated the comfortable room with a lovely balcony.

My kids wished for a better soundproofing as the loud music from the nearby nightlife disrupted their sleep.
